Hi gemmausherclark. There is indeed one file for the two lessons - they are on the same presentation. Lesson 1 is on slides 1-7 and lesson 2 is on slides 8-12. Slides 1 and 8 each have a clear title, learning objective, and starter activities. Across all the slides, all of the content from the AQA course book is covered. TES recommends that authors charge £3 for a lesson. Here there are two lessons so you are actually paying £1.50 for each. It's a shame that you have interpreted the resources as three stars as this will now negatively impact potential future sales of a useful resource that I use myself every year.
