A series of lessons designed to take students through Section A (the reading section) of the AQA Language Paper 1 exam. The lessons are all based around an extract from Theresa Breslin's Whispers in the Graveyard, which is included in this pack. The lesson on Q3 also includes a link to the opening scene of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, to help students to gain an idea of how to analyse structure. This was designed for a KS3 class but could easily be used for KS4 too.
