This is Part 2 of a set of AQA GCSE PE revision cards for the Paper 1 exam. This is quite simply an amazing, exciting and fundamental resource that will not only save you months of planning abut more importantly will improve your students chances of achieving fantastic results in their GCSE PE Paper 1 exam. My students used these revision cards for the previous academic year and they all achieved a grade 4 and above, 100% pass rate 9 -4, whilst 77% achieved 9 - 5. This was for a very challenging school where students are predicted as being low to middle attainers.
The revision cards for Paper 1 are split into two parts due to the amount of information that has been needed to cover. All topics covered though, are pertaining solely to the AQA GCSE PE New specification. Topics for this set of revision cards (Part 2) include: Health and Fitness, The Components of Fitness
Fitness Testing, The Principles of Training, Training Thresholds, Training methods, Preventing Injury, Training Seasons, Warming Up and Cooling Down and Collection of Data.
The revision cards include, one slide of questions and one slide of answers to those questions. There are four revision cards per slide, so that when they are printed off guillotined and stapled/treasury tagged ,they can be given up to four students at a time. This format is also fundamental in saving you time, money and paper
