Basic assessment colour/shape/letter/number/writing

A basic skills assessment booklet I complete with my class when embarking a new school year, also completed again at Easter and July if needed.

Pre writing pages, bold lines, dotted lines and independent
Letter recognition both sounds and names
Colour recognition
Number recognition
Numbers recognition with pictures (e.g. picture of 5 balls)
Number recognition with Numicon
Shape recognition

There are 2 sheets of some activities as it includes an easier version (the easier version is how it can be differentiated, there are notes on the top of each page which I use for my staff to remind them how to complete the task with the pupils)
