This resource is a poem about why we celebrate Bonfire Night. It talks about ‘The Gunpowder Plot’ which could open up a debate about what happened and why. The resource can be tailored to cater for the needs of the children. It could be a good introduction to a piece of research about the law on treason, religious aspects leading to a piece of writing.
