I am a Secondary School teacher and created this document for my Year 11 students to take away and use to revise for their exam. This was for the old BTEC Unit 1 Exam, which was mainly focussing on Fitness and Sport Exercise, so covers the following topics; Components of Fitness, Fitness Tests, Training Methods, Basic Principles of Training and Additional Principles of Training, Measuring Heart Rate, RPE (BORG) Scale & Caluclating Maximum Heart Rate + Training Zones.
This also came in useful for GCSE groups within the school as some of the content overlapped the BTEC Specification.
