An automated budget planning spreadsheet-- easy to use and clear!

If you’re looking for an automated spreadsheet to help you organise your budget across the school year, hopefully this Excel spreadsheet is what you need. I’ve been using this tool over the course of several years and it’s helped me plan out when to order, how much I have left at any point in the year-- all excellent for saving for big ticket items (last year, it was a printing press!)

I’ve formatted this to work with my school’s online ordering system (PSF), however, the columns should work for most other platforms. If you need this adapted for a particular system, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
