Capital Cities and Famous Landmarks Collaborative Co-operative Learning Activity

This is a fun collaborative and co-operative learning activity for geography to help children discover facts about countries, capital cities, flags and famous landmarks.

It helps children look at physical geography and is entirely editable, to replace with whichever country/ capital cities you wish to focus on. All pictures are from royalty free clipart.

It could also be adapted to add key topographical features (including hills, mountains, coasts and rivers) of places.

It is aimed at KS1 and KS2. I will be using it as part of my class’ Hooray We’re going on Holiday topic.
