Celebrating Success - Down's syndrome Post 16

This guide gives examples of successful inclusion of young people with Down's syndrome in further education and employment. Case studies cover four young people in different schools, colleges and work settings. Practical examples are given of how the schools and colleges have worked with young people and their families to develop independence.
