I made this last year for an end of term piece of work, the students ready enjoyed it and it was much better than watching half a DVD.
Making letters or christmas cards from the front line, some of the students really went to town sewing pictures for the cards/letters, tea stained paper was also easy to prepare before the lesson as well.
