These plans contain a collection of starting points, possible resources you can use, suggested scenarios and meaningful closure of a role play area designed to support you in creating a dramatic play area with potential for development. Using the storyline approach, these editable plans combine with a children's planning sheet to encourage a child centered approach in their play, learning and development. These plans will be most relevant to practitioners, teachers, trainee teachers, child minders and home educators. These are plans and do not include photographs, signs or labels. They are not A-Z plans but tools to help you develop role play areas.
