Lesson 1 - Converting decimals to fractions using knowledge of place value and simplifying fractions. Includes BINGO as a plenary.
Lesson 2 - Converting fractions to decimals firstly through the use of equivalent fractions and then using short division methods. This is then summarised by getting the students to compare the two methods and to explain when each method should be used.
