A range of materials that I created as a departmental CPD session. The session looked at what the department felt Good & Outstanding Learning would look like in the department (mind mapped on a separate sheet). Staff then evaluate heir strengths against the list they have created and set areas for development. Staff discuss what strategies they can try to address their areas for development and record these.
A follow up resource has been added to all staff to consider the impact of the new strategies they have tried and identify further areas to develop. I use this on a 3 week cycle.
