Working alongside schools, we understand how important our trips can be to develop young people and provide opportunities to enhance their cultural capital. To make things easier for you, we have produced a Department Improvement Plan to help you identify key areas of improvement for your department and how the African Adventures programme can help to target those required actions.

As an ex-Head of Department, Gill, our School Partnership Co-ordinator, put together this plan from her previous experience, outlining how working with African Adventures can fit into your current and future department improvement plan. This plan outlines how we intend to help schools develop, the implementation required for these actions and the impact these actions can have on your students.
