Dice Games Numeracy Starter/Plenary

Several games that can be run from the whiteboard with ease, which students can do at the back of their books.

Included games are:
- Column addition
- Column subtraction
- Grid Multiplication (U x HTU and TU x HTU)
- Column Multiplication (U x HTU and TU x HTU)
- Division (bus stop method - division by single and double digits)

I have run these at the start and end of lessons, and kids love them. They have now replaced any scheme of work teaching relating to the basic calculations, as I just scatter them in all throughout the year at random times or if a task finishes much earlier than planned.

Beware! Some students get very competitive!
