Discours indirect (Indirect discourse in French) Info gap

This partner speaking activity is for upper level classes. This is a challenging activity and is intended to be used after studying and practicing indirect discourse, not as an introduction. A conversation is presented. Each partner overheard one side of the conversation. Students are to refer to the half-dialogue provided in order to answer the partner’s questions. When speaking, students use le discours indirect. When writing the answers down, students use direct discourse to complete the conversation. Two versions are included: Paul dit que ... and Paul a dit que...
