- Discuss what is meant by “writing for effect”
- Study examples of effect analysis at levels 3, 4 and 8
- Practice analysing effect in a small extract
- Complete a worksheet about how Dracula is introduced in Stoker´s novel
- Complete a differentiated task (levels 3-5+) about the extract
