There are 3 lessons in this resource which cover the third part of Key Topic 1 - The Economic Boom of the 1920s, of the EDEXCEL GCSE history unit: Boom; Bust and Recovery.

Lesson 1 is an investigatio in to the Red Scare, and the rise and the fall of the KKK in the 1920s
Lesson 2 considers why prohibition was introduced and whether it was successful or not.
Lesson 3 is a modeled source lesson. It takes students through answering a 20 marks source question step by step.

All resources are included in the power points, and contain varied tasks and activities to stretch and challenge A Level students. The EDEXCEL endorsed textbook for this unit is advisable.
