Homework tasks for English GCSE, in preparation for Edexcel English Language Paper 2 Section A. Students are provided with six weeks’ worth of homework and given a choice of three differentiated task for each week. Topics included are: identifying similarities, language analysis, comparing non-fiction texts, terminology, structure analysis and more.
Students explore non-fiction texts and use their new knowledge to analyse specfic examples. Useful preparation for both Section A and Question 5 of GCSE English Language exams, but could be used KS3 students. Includes relevant sources as well.
