English Grammar Assessment (B)

This resource is based on the NC objectives for English. (Year 3 -4)
TASK 1 - Using conjunctions in a sentence
TASK 2 - Using singular and plural possessive apostrophes
TASK 3 - Using a prefix to create a word
TASK 4 - Using a suffix to create a word
TASK 5 - Circling the correct homophone
TASK 6 - Accurately able to spell the Year 3 and 4 Exception words
TASK 7 - Editing a short paragraph by making improvements to it

This can be used as a formal/informal form of assessment to assess where children are based on the above grammar objectives. The results can be used to inform future English planning and/or to target specific children.
