Loads of visuals used for learners who are not yet independent readers which were mostly created using Widgit online.
For component 1, I taught this unit out of order, grouping the WBC lessons with blood topics which then could lead into health.
Simple worksheets available (sometimes as separate documents, other times ppt slides can be printed out) for independent practice. I have tried to make the question types similar to what they will see in their externally set assessment.
Created for a year 10 class with MLD, mostly ASD and specific reading disorders.
