This workbook explores over 24 different feelings and emotions and explores each one in details. For each emotion and feeling there are three pages dedicated to writing, drawing, colouring and reflective exercises.

This workbook will allow your students to express their thoughts and feelings about different emotions and explore them through writing, drawing and pictures in a trauma-informed way. Students can be as creative as they would like in their workbook.

This workbook reiterates the key message that all feelings are okay. That there are no bad feelings, only bad ways of dealing with them.

Note that there are no page numbers so it can be up to your discretion as to what pages you would like to print/use should you not wish to use the entire workbook.

The feelings and emotions that we will explore in this book are: Surprised, suspicious, angry, confused, silly, shocked, scared, sad, nervous, sick, peaceful, proud, disappointed, disgusted, embarrassed, excited, frustrated, furious, happy, innocent, irritated, lonely, tired and worried.
