Year 9 Living in the Wider World PSHE

New Year 9 PSHE Living in the Wider World package - taken from the EC Publishing Complete 2024 PSHE + RSE Package. Meets all the 2020 -25 DfE and PSHE Associations statutory and suggested guidance. The package contains 12 hours of detailed, new, differentiated and editable PSHE lessons for KS4. Lesson plans included and detailed scheme of work. Includes: 1. Getting ready for KS4 - GCSE options process (2 hours) 2. The economy and how it affects us 3. Financial scams, money laundering and exploitation (2 hours) 4. Our online reputation and why it's important (2 hours) 5. Responsible finances and avoiding debt 6. The importance of community 7. Anti-social behaviour 8. Workplace skills and the future labour market 9. The importance of volunteering 10. Detailed scheme of work Activities are scaffolded, there is a detailed and colourful PowerPoint for each lesson lasting at least one hour, clip tasks with questions and answers, worksheets, creative tasks, literacy focus tasks, analysis, case studies, group tasks and much more. All lessons include signposting to further help agencies and charities and clear, measurable outcomes. All lessons are fully editable, engaging and very easy to follow. Who are EC Resources?
