Fraction Addition - Practice Worksheets

This document consists of 25 worksheets for practising fraction addition. Each worksheet contains 10 random fraction addition problems that the student must provide the answer for.
The learning structure of the worksheets is such that the student must work against time and complete a single worksheet every day. The worksheet must be folded along the dotted line, to hide the answers while completing the exercises. On completion, record the time taken to complete the worksheet in the space provided. The answer section should then be opened to reveal the answers. The student should then mark the practice worksheet themselves.

Without full command of adding fractions, a number of mathematical calculations becomes difficult if not impossible. Learners will need to have mastered working with fractions when solving certain algebra problems including problems involving solving for an unknown as well as factorization and certain calculus problems.
