Use these math task cards to have students practice naming fractions. Two sets of cards allow you to differentiate by need. One uses the fraction numbers and the other uses the words halves, fourths, and quarters. The fractions are presented as parts of a circle, square, rectangle, and set.
Three different student recording sheets with matching answer keys are included. Perfect for centers, games, math workshop, spiral reviews, or independent work. For longer use, print on cardstock and laminate. Supports skills from CCSS 1.G.A.3, TEKS 1.6.H, VA SOL 1.4.b and KS1 Year 1. Use for review or reinforcement in both classrooms and homeschools. This is one of my low-prep “Print, Cut, Learn” activities. Print out, cut apart and let the learning begin!
