As part of the new specifications for GCSE, students will have extracts from literary texts to answer questions about in the reading comprehension exams. This set of resources has extracts from 5 well known books with different activities to do on each of them. The resources are firstly presented on a PowerPoint, with all texts and questions appearing on the slides, as well as answers to the given activities. They also appear as 5 accompanying worksheets, which can be used independently and individually. Activities include: matching vocabulary, questions in French, questions in English, find the French from the text, multiple choice questions (in French and English), gap-fills and true or false. This is aimed at higher tier students.
