Many schools appear to be moving towards a simpler format for the Foundation subjects along the lines of 'emerging/expected/exceeding'. I have tried to write descriptors for these categories for each year group Key Stage 2 based on the Programme of Study targets and the assessment statements I wrote earlier in the year. I've also identified the 'Key Learning Concepts' for each year group. Please feel free to use and adapt as you wish.

I have been looking for an assessment resource for a while! I'm French co-ordinator and having the steps identified like this is useful. I'm planning on using the objectives and turning it into a table so teachers can identify pupils for expected, exceeding etc. Thank you for making this job a little easier!
