French School Supplies Vocabulary

Practise vocabulary to describe French school supplies and describe what you have in your school bag.

This resource contains a PPT with 20 slides to introduce and practise 14 words for French school stationery. It includes up to 13 vocabulary practice activities, depending on how it’s used in the lesson. Includes a true or false reading task and the final slide contains a speaking and/or writing task to consolidate learning and answer the question 'Qu’est-ce qu’il y a dans ton sac à dos?

Also included is a 2 page worksheet, ideal as a follow on to consolidate learning from the PPT in class or as a homework task.

Students learn masculine and feminine singular nouns, use ‘avoir’ to say ‘j’ai un / une …’ and the negative form 'je n’ai pas de … ’ to say what they have and haven’t got.

Suitable for KS2 & KS3.
