The health pass is part of the news at the time I am publishing this article, I suggest you talk about it in your FLE course, whatever the level.

To talk about the health pass, you should start by asking your learners some open questions. These questions will fill in some gaps in their knowledge of health vocabulary. Then you move on to the listening which explains what the health pass is in France. Here is the original document that your students will have to understand.

Speakings:
Following this document, your learners will be asked to answer questions about the topic.

The end of this sequence consists of two speakings about the health pass.

Firstly, the " the worst is " activity which aims to compare elements and decide which one is the worst. An example: “curfew or compulsory health pass”. This activity can take the form of a debate.

Secondly, the students will choose 4 places out of 8 where they will have to impose the health pass. This activity is clearly a debate. Some will find the health pass very useful for going to the cinema, for example, while others will not.

Finally, you have a writting to summarise all that has been seen will be written at home.
