These lessons are designed as a mock examination feedback lessons for KS4 classes on the theme of Memories in the Eduqas Poetry Anthology. The given poem in the exam is William Wordsworth’s ‘The Prelude’ and the poem chosen for comparison is Seamus Heaney’s ‘Death of a Naturalist’.
The ppt presentations includes objectives, success criteria, knowledge retrieval activities, analysis tables and sample responses for analysis. There are also 2 full examination responses to both section A and section B in word documents to demonstrate what ‘good’ looks like.
