Complete lesson using one of the texts taken from the unseen texts anthology. This lesson focuses on the theme “Living with wild animals” including two writing tasks. Wild themed with a variation of all skills covered needed for GCSE English Edexcel 2.0 specification.
Four sessions included session A is focused on reading question skills and session B is a creative writing task.
Lessons use an extract from Jane Goodall’s autobiography (non-fiction text) and The Life of Pi (fiction text)
Lesson 1: Session A Q1-Q4 reading skills including both language and structure skills
Session B Q7 Write a creative story, giving a prompt.
Lesson 2:
Session A: Q5-Q6 reading skills including comparative skills
Session B: Q8 creative writing with a scenario given
