This is a two-slide power point intended to be printed off and copied, the copies then to be laminated back-to- back to create mats. These mats are then placed on students’ desks to support their learning during lessons.
The first slide gives short lists of some key connecting phrases, time phrases and high frequency words as well as the alphabet, numbers and question words. These are intended to help students to be able to access reading and writing tasks more easily and independently at KS3.
The second slide displays some high frequency verbs in three simple tenses as a quick reference point when writing basic German at KS3
