Glass Guardians is back for 2019! Last year hundreds of pupils joined forces to learn about the importance of recycling glass. Using this fun and exciting curriculum-linked education project your pupils can join the fight.
Created in partnership with British Glass and Friends of Glass, Glass Guardians will enable pupils aged 5-11 to learn about recycling glass whilst helping your school towards achieving its Eco-schools green flag award.
Resources for ages 5-11 include:
- PowerPoint assembly presentation – a fun and engaging introduction
- Teacher notes – easy to follow, step-by-step notes to guide you through each topic
- Engaging video – connect your pupils to the glass production and recycling journey
- Activity sheets –pupil activities across maths, english, PSHE and science
