This is an excellent project for high school students who are studying about the Cold War. It is fun and perfect for engaging students into world history as the students can** create their own newspaper** in regard to their individual interests. This project package includes the instructions, rubrics, examples of possible cold-war events they may focus on, examples of vintage newspaper templates, and suggested format for news articles (for the instructors and students who are new to newspaper making).
