This drill focuses on control of the ball and looking up whilst dribbling.
One player is the ‘leader’ and the other is the ‘copycat’. The leader can move in any direction and the copycat must follow suit and mirror the leaders movements.
TEACHING POINTS:
- Bend their legs not their back to help get their head up
- Keep the ball infront of their body so they don’t hit their own foot
- Higher level players can add some lifts in to challenge themselves
