A full 5-6 week unit of work on horror writing. Used with mixed ability year 8 but could be adapted for able year 7 or mid year 9. Includes all of the lesson plans and resources, with activities on Frankenstein, The Fall of the House of Usher and the Woman in Black, as well as short horror clips and films. Finishes with a writing assessment on writing your own horror story. Optional S&L assessment 'Murder Manor' also included.
