Hospitals from Roman to Renaissance Edexcel Medicine

You will require textbooks for this lesson! Textbooks used were the white and blue Dawson textbook and the brown Edexcel endorsed textbook (new 2013 edition). This lesson encourages students to explore change and continuity across three time periods: Roman, Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Students use the focus of hospitals to recap ideas about treatment, doctors, medicines and change and continuity. The homework is designed to practice for Q1 of the Edexcel Medicine Through Time paper. All resources provided for an hour's lesson, great for independent learning and discussion.
