This science investigation is for year 4 children. This is linked to the Sound unit of work from the national curriculum for science. This activity will provide the children with a simple investigation to explore sound. The learning objective aims to develop the children's awareness of a sound becomes fainter as the distance from the source of the sound increases. Resources provided are differentiated to support less able learners.
