My dear Reader,

This lesson is the second part of a 3 lessons set; It looks at the crimes committed by Jack the Ripper between 1888-1891. It aims to have students matching general knowledge and original sources while developing their ability to answer a GCSE paper.

All lessons have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:
First slide (revision task-learning-date-word bank-previous lesson and next one-image to connect to the topic.)
Second slide (learning objectives and a question on the main topic).
Three tasks based on levels of difficulties. The third task is a writing answer, 4 marks, within the GCSE writing framework. The two first tasks look at the effectiveness of the investigation.
This work should be ideal for a secondary class and is already set as slide show presentation.

Alessio
