John Barton

John is a sous chef at the Coach and Horses in Shrewsbury, assisting the head chef and supervising and mentoring staff working towards their level 1 and 2 NVQs. John has had a real impact on the business -- Sunday lunch customers have more than doubled in number since he joined. His employer says he reliably and conscientiously produces food of an excellent standard, with the pub's reputation going from strength to strength.
