JUNGLE THEMED CLASS ASSEMBLY- KS1

This is my Year One class assembly based on our topic Jungle.

The class assembly is called ‘I’m a Year One… Get Me Outta Here’!!

The children loved learning and performing this assembly!! It could be adapted for Early Years or KS2 class.

Class assembly includes scenes on:
*Street dance to ‘I wanna be like you’ from The Jungle Book
*Instructional writing including time conjunctions and bossy verbs
*Identifying herbivores, carnivores and omnivores and their teeth
*Counting in 10s
*Human and Physical features of the rainforest

Assembly pack includes:
*Powerpoint presentation with background images and transition music, street dance music and ‘The Jungle Book’ medley song built in
*Class assembly script with 30 speaking parts
*Camper costume resources
