Some challenges I made for my class to complete and attempt if they finish their work early. Challenges can be changed according to the needs of your class. These can be used so that grammar skills are practiced regularly. Skills such as up-leveling simple sentences by adding adjectives, adverbs, time adverbials, conjunctions and better vocabulary. Correcting apostrophes and was/were are included as are correcting articles.
I usually print out and leave them in a challenge box. The children help themselves sometimes and other times I choose the challenge for them.
