The following resource is a revision lesson on genetics split into two main activities:
1. A differentiated review worksheet that pupils complete that covers the fundamental ideas (Worksheet on the powerpoint). Full answers are given on the power point for peer/self assessment.
2. A Review learning grid. Pupils work in pairs and answer questions in order to earn points. Fully engaging when coupled with simple prizes (merits or even material prizes)
*Pupils roll a set of dice and move to the corresponding grid co-ordinate. They answer the question in their book and earn the points. Questions have different levels of difficulty to challenge all pupils.
