Stimuli based project, working creatively to develop skills in devising, ensemble, storytelling, and the application of performance skills learned in prior topics. Themes of displacement, asylum, Identity, prejudice, hope and journey will be explored and inspired by the poems: ‘We Refugees’ by Benjamin Zephaniah and ‘Still I Rise’ by Maya Angelou. Designed for a half-term (7 lessons).
