This is the perfect cover lesson to have in your back pocket. It is easy to follow and easy to lead especially if you have a non-specialist teaching your lesson.

It starts with a starter activity that encourages the students to look and consider San Giorgio Maggiore at Dusk, 1908-1912 by Claude Monet. You could help a non specialist with this section by adding to speaker notes some observations they might discuss with students. The following task is a fill in the blanks and then finally the main task is a transcription of the same painting they have been looking at.

Add and adapt slides as you see fit however this is ready to go, requires no printing just ensure that they have access to paper/sketchbooks and coloured pencils.
