Setting the scene: Designed for a Y7 class but can be used for a Y8 recap. The PowerPoint is designed to enthuse students about learning French, and uses Bradley Cooper as an example of an extremely successful person who speaks French – yet many people do not know this. Trying to get the students to think “yea, I really should try hard, French could be useful later on”.
