LA KS1 Reading Comprehension Book

This booklet was created to aid in the development of the reading ability of a reluctant reader. Through the use of KS1 reading language and a comic strip style story, the reader is encouraged to read through a bright colorful page followed by a reading comprehension page with a variety of question layouts including answers that require both full sentences but also require tick boxes. Through using the resource myself, I found that the pupil I worked with was more engaged in their reading and has shown improvement in this area of their study.
