Life skills 19 lessons over various topics
Can be covered quickly in 30 mins or up to 60 mins if interacting and allowing discussion
Before I bought into a life skills resource for year 9 boys I made these 19 lessons. I have taught them myself and they can take from 30-60 minutes and in some cases they had computers or laptops and researched and made their own presentations
One student in the group of 5 had an EHCP where some of these topics were asked to be taught - of course it had to be quite bespoke. The only thing I could do was plan them.
They are varied and broad and I hope will be useful for SENDCOs, Form tutors or life skills teachers.
If I can save anyone hours of work these are easily adaptable as starting points or ready to go.
