Life Skills Bundle

A Group of lessons aimed at engaging groups of post-16 students in lessons outside of their taught curriculum.

A batch of 8-9 Hours of sessions.

You will cover:

1. Future Careers - Identifying key qualities and skills and linking them to potential careers (1 Hour)
2. Home Sweet home - Understanding the cost of living as a young adult (1 Hour)
3. The Student Budget Food Shop - £33 a week to complete a food shop (1 Hour)
4. 4.The Students Life - Understanding the costs and funding methods for post-18 study (1 Hour)
5. Ultra-processed diet - Understanding the risks of the overconsumption of ultra processed foods (1 Hour)
6. Mental Health Awareness Projects - Students pick from one of the six projects to take on.
