This in depth scheme of work spands over 6- 8 hours, teaching students how to evaluate a live theatre show.

Each lesson allows:

  • time to watch a section of the show
  • focus on a specific element of theatre e.g. set design, lighting, costume, acting etc so they understand all aspects of live productions
  • a task to complete evaluating what they have seen

The resources include:

  • 40 slide PowerPoint
  • different worksheets including differentiated writing frames/ guidance

This is great for specialist teachers to prepare them for GCSE Drama written exam but also for non-specialists teaching drama as it is fully guided/ clear for all.

Video of the show is available to buy on DVD/ on YouTube!
